Create an Explore in Enhanced Reporting with report schedule information including recipients.

Create a report in Enhanced Reporting to audit scheduled reports for continued business need, and accuracy.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

This will allow us to insure that reports are going to the correct recipients and that those recipients are still active employees in our system.

Just expanding on this, if there can also be an ability to get a data export somehow of all the reports themselves - scheduled or not...

I envisage a view containing the names of the reports, schedules (if applicable), user where schedule stored (as can't edit them without knowing this), freuqency, recipients, etc... Also, Mark's comment below on some sort of 'tie-in' between a schedule recipient and a PageUp user with some sort of notofication when becoming inactive would be extremely beneficial...

This is really frustrating now as after alomost 3 years of the Enhanced Reporting feature, how are we meant to be able to audit these in a meaningful way? I have to keep a separate excel report repository (and hope that my colleagues maintain it) of 80 odd reports with around 200 schedules... ALso, as people move around the business, there is also privacy and sensitivity concerns here with people only 'needing to know' for a particular role...

Although it is really nice to see the list of scheduled reports in a separate tab along with the recipients of those reports, only the creator of the report can modify the list of recipients. We have three people who are superusers and we are unable to edit the recipients. Only the creator of the report. I would have to impersonate the person who created the report to modify the recipient list. SuperUsers should be able to edit any report created in the system.

Hi, While we do not have a report on report schedules at current, There is currently the report schedule tab in enhanced reporting which provides a list of report schedules and their recipients, as well as when the schedule was last ran and was last successful.

From Marks comment, it sounds like his use case is for being able to be automatically notified when certain use cases occur, which sounds like a very valid use case that is currently not covered.

Yes - knowing who is getting what reports would help remove the need for Legacy report "Report delivery schedule"

If a User goes inactive - remove from Report distribution, if they are the only person - message to Sys Admin
