Prevent approvals being delayed due to unavailability of approvers

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Ability for an Approver going on leave to nominate an alternate approver for a defined period of time.
During this nominated time - when the approval criteria is met i.e. reaches the appprovers dashboard as an approval request it is automatically moved to the nominated Approvers account.
need to watch out that the approval does not go chasing itself around if multiple "Out Of Offices" are enabled
This would save a lot of manual moving of Approval activity during periods of leave
