Have the ability to open up an existing job to one candidate past the closing date without this impacting other candidates that have an incomplete application.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Allow candidates to submit an application to an existing job to help facilitate our bulk recruitment process and sometimes having candidates want to submit past the expiry date. The invite to Apply function re-opens the job for any candidate who currently have an incomplete application. |

use the hidden job feature on your careers channel and extend the date close. no one will be able to find it but Incompletes can still continue their application
