Add a fillable blank option under 'other' category, to allow candidates to fill in if they found the job through an unlisted option.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We are trying to get a better handle on where candidates are being sourced from, and realize that the options we currently have may not be the right choices. This would give candidates an option to fill in something that was not an option on the list and we can then look for patterns in that data and update our source options. |
