We currently have approvers who go and view documents in the documents tab and instead of clicking on 'view document' they select 'delete' document. This then creates more work and back and forth on emails for the recruiters to re-submit the documents so the job card can be approved. Having a view only option would make this process much smoother

Remove the option for documents to be deleted by approvers to avoid additional work arounds |
you do get a warning message "Are you sure you want to delete this document?"
