Please allow control of User account creation - we want it to only occur if a full offer is used, with offer approval and attached offer documents.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
currently a user account is created when an applicant accepts an online offer we end up with a lot of user accounts on private email addresses we only want this User account creation to happen with a Full Offer - not the simple Accept/decline offer without an offer approval path completed Simple Offer applicants do not go through an Onboarding process |
