Being able to add more than one email address into personal details

Having the option to add more than one email address into candidates/employees personal details by using a ; to split the addresses. This will alow their contract notifications to go to both their work and personal email addresses and will allow them to still acess the contract if they have forgotton their passsword or are having IT issues with an email log in.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Giving candidates/current employees more options to access their contract

    We are also interested in giving applicants the ability to provide an alternate email address! Candidates may want to receive communications at multiple email addresses. It would also be helpful to have at least one additional email address on file in case a candidate uses an email that becomes inactive.

    Absolutely agree with this 100% - often casuals dont have access as their Deakin emails have been terminated - but still have the Deakin email address listed as their main contact. This results in us having to contact the Unit Chair to access an updated personal email address. The portal should have an option of 2 email addresses. Valuable time wasted on both fronts having to chase alternate email addresses.
