allow search field to use "," or ";" to seperate mulitple interviewer in that filed so that recruiter can assign to multiple people at one go.
This will help recruiters to reduce workload a lot as they don't need to repeat the same action against selected applicants towards different interviewer.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
In normal case, there will be multiple interviewers in one interview rounds (common decision to hire or not) so one applicant/multiple applicants will need to be assigned to different interviewer to view/conduct interview. The current setting does not allow recruiter to multi input interviewer/reviewer when assigning applicants. |

Is there a chairperson who consolidates the feedback from all interviewers to arrive at a unanimous decision on whether to proceed with the candidate or not during an interview round with multiple interviewers?
