add customized fields as columns in manage application columns

In manage application columns setting, user will be able to add their customized fields as one of the columns.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

To allow recruitment team to be able to quickly shortlist candidates for the jobs. Information, such as expected and current salary and residency status (Citizen, PR, Foreigner w work pass, Foreigner w/o work pass) which are customized fields, are key information in the shortlisting process.

    I'd like to add, allow customization to columns, let us remove the columns that we don't need or add ones that we do.
