Disable Event links within the Applicant Portal when a recruitment has been Closed/Filled/Cancelled

Applicants currently have the ability to trigger a response to an event invite after the position has been filled.

Our campus would like PageUp to deliver a means of inactivating applicant portal links to event invitations after the position has been closed/filled.



What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Should an applicant fail to provide a response to a scheduled Event, the system should disable the event links once the recruitment has been closed/position filled/cancelled

    Example of issue:

    Recruitment Closed, applicant Job Closing Communiction was sent, however, the applicant still has access to an Event that was scheduled months ago.
