create a Pinned list of jobs - bit like Recent items but actually the main jobs you are frequently going back to. Recent items does not provide this as looking at applicants will bury my priority jobs

Create error logic on requisition

As the super user we should be able to create error logic that if a value does not match the drop down fields. If you are feeding output to a third party vendor and the value is incorrect it errors on you and it should error before the requisition...

Data deletion rules can be applied to Applicant records, but not (ex)Employee records. No option to purge? Archive only. Significant data risk and not conformant to enterprise retention policies as a third party vendor can hold unnecessary data.
