    Hi Adam, for us, we need a specific automatic email that provides directions for that course alone. If we used the merge field, is that pulling from what the supervisor put into why they should take the course?

    Hi,
    I would be keen to understand what you8 would like to be able to customise seperate from what is available in merge fields.

    The template allows {EMPLOYEELEARNINGSUGGESTEDREASON} which allows the suggested reason entered to be added into the email.
