When a user creates a new PD by copying an existing/older PD, would it be possible to prevent the NIGO field from carrying over from the original PD?
The NIGO field is generally updated by the approver (compensation), rather than the person submitting the PD. Since this is a field that we report on, we would like to make sure the information reflects the current PD and not the older one.
Ideally, when a PD is copied, the NIGO field should default to blank or "Select" (or require the approver to enter it) rather than carrying over the value from the previous PD.
