Please give search committee members the option to change how they view applicants. The current view is clunky looking and not as easy to use as the list view or board view option that hiring managers have.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Right now the view for search committee members is a box for summary comments and that takes up almost the entire page with a small section on the left that lists the names of applicants. There needs to be an easier view to see all applicants instead of a tiny section that requires you to scroll down to see everyone. If search committee members could at least have something like list view access, it would make going through applicants so much easier! |
