Ability for applicants to print additional information forms
Allow the applicant to print any additional information form that is requested for them to complete. Currently, the printing option on additional information forms captures the content of the form in a scrollable section, which prevents the applicant from printing the entire content of the page without having to manually adjust the print size scale.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We would like for the applicant to be able to easily print the forms that they are completing, to allow them save those forms as reference, and to save a record of the answers they provided. In the example attached, we are required to collect a signature from the applicant and will need them to PRINT the form and sign. And while it is still possible they do this by adjusting the printing scale of the page, it is something that many applicants may need separate instructions for. We hope printing additional information forms can be made easier for applicants. |
