Employee search expanded search criteria

Expand search criteria/filtering options in Employee Search. It would be ideal for the search criteria/filter functionality to be more like the filtering options in Enhanced Reporting.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Employee Search in the ATS, Learning, and Performance all need to be updated to include additional search criteria/filtering options. Right now, there is no capability to multi-select existing filters (ex. team is team1, team2, and team3) without adding multiple filters which can be incredibly time consuming. Additionally, there is not a way to filter anything out (ex. team is NOT unassigned team). There is also not a way to have different filter groups (ex. team is team 1, department is department2 OR team is team2, department is department1). This additional filtering capability would save a lot of time, and would be particularly useful for assigning annual required training, sending bulk communications to different employee groups, and launching performance evaluations. While it is possible to accomplish all of these things currently, it can be very time-consuming to filter for the appropriate employee groups with the current functionality.
