We use a static learning event for our annual training courses due to the administrative burden of booking and/or using course expiry intervals. As a result, the annual trainings already say 'Complete' even though an employee needs to complete them each year. This causes dozens of repeated tickets to be submitted to our help desk each year, which overwhelms the staff responsible for administering training compliance.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
This is an annual hurdle that our admin teams have to juggle during an already busy semester start. We want to eliminate this 'planned busy work' by removing the tags if possible. |
