Currently, when the expiry toggle is on, completions are assigned the expiry date. However, when the same course has the expiry toggle subsequently turned off, the expiry dates stay. As it is no longer expiring, the expiration dates should be removed. At the same time, if an existing course has the toggle turned off and did not previously have it, the expiry dates should reflect the prior completions and expirations.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
A course that had not previously been included in the learning activity role requirement had an expiry date, then that was removed, before being added to the requirement. This caused several expired completions to be reassigned when they should not have been. That has caused confusion and frustration. |
