Talent reviews are using the performance ratings from performance reviews however the calculations used to determine the rating are different which is resulting in a different performance rating being displayed between the performance and succession module. This idea is to update the succession module to use the same performance rating as the performance module. As an example, if using a 3 point rating scale, 2.5 be identified as the middle rating in performance but the highest rating in talent.
