As part of the performance management process, we need to send out targeted communications to review managers. The current filters do not allow us to identify this population and as such a fair amount of time is spend manually selecting and removing employees to send bulk communications to.
It would be great if there was the functionality to be able to copy and paste a list of employees in the employee search to create a targeted list of employees that can then be selected to send bulk communications to.

This would be a great function, for example, we currently manually send notifications, using a communication template from employee search to managers identified as having a take-ownership notification.
