We'd like to request that one can edit comments after posting them + make the comment box expandable so you can see what you are writing, especially when it's a long comment.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
It's wasting time not being able to edit the comment in the "convo" box, which means we have to delete the comment and then retype/paste it (again). It will streamline our online administration and save a lot of time. |
