I think, we should be able to create different admin groups and given them access differently specially for the organisations like us, who work with different agencies. So if we can create different folders in document section for different agencies without sharing it with other agencies. I think it should be possible to integrate as we do similar in our rostering system where we create different admin groups..

Thank you for your feedback. The ability to provide access to particular documents based on the team of the user is already supported and may solve your current issue. In particular, document templates can be set to only show for specified teams.
