More flexibility for the Search employee funtionality (to assign learning)

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Ability to be able to search an employee (to assign learning) by a learning activity due date or have a bulk upload file (similar to learning history upload) to assign learning activities.

Increase selection criteria to provide more flexibility and options to Author/admin when:
- searching employees: include all employees details data column
- searching attendees in activities: include all employees details data column and all booking status with dates set
- when restricting activities: include all employees details data column
Also add to the search selection between - AND or OR
