The ability to report on Employee Reminders for onboarding tasks. Right now, the only option is for the hiring manager reminder, however we do not have all of our tasks set up to trigger a hiring manger reminder, some are only for the employee.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Since we have a ton of employees who accepted offers before this automation was put in place, it's hard to keep track of who has gotten the new onboarding task reminders and who haven't. Having this option would allow us to filter who hasn't received necessary communication so we can communicate the information to them. It eliminates having to track logs and compare to a list on another platform when it could all be in one place. |
