Notification when Reports Are Not Sent

When enhanced reporting reports are not sent due to a technical issue, and they do not show up on schedules, we should be notified that reports are not sent, not hear it from our users. (Ticket ID 69318).

What business value are you trying to achieve?

If there is a technical issue with reports sending from PageUp, we should automatically be notified. It is our expectation that reports sent.
