Add an additional enhanced reporting field to calculate and display total number of days a role has been sourced with an agency.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

This will allow the business to monitor and manage agency productivity. It will offer a simple way to determine how many days the agency has been working on the role to manage performance and determine challenges that are being faced to fill the vacancy.
