Right now, the only way a learner receives an email thanking them for completing a course is if there is a survey attached. Our institution uses an outside-of-PageUp survey process. We have them send an email after, but it would be helpful to have the system notice trigger on a complete status (not complete with survey).

What business value are you trying to achieve?
This would be very helpful for the user experience - we have those courses that do use the internal survey system so an individual receives an email for some courses, not all - very confusing. |

Agree it would be helpful to customise the completion email aswell.
