Create a main landing page and realign settings and management of each module into their respective modules

For example, the need to go to the recruitment module to access the menu of options for Employee Search for the purpose of learning and performance is nonsensical and the ability to manage learning, performance, succession, talent reviews, etc entirely should sit within the aligned modules. The current experience is convoluted and not intuitive. Ideally, there would be a main landing page of sorts, where you could enter into the relevant module, and all relevant settings and options would be located in places that make sense. Perhaps there could be a seperate spot on the landing page where "master configuration" is located that integrates across several modules, however the notion that everything still flows through recruitment is dated and isn't how PageUp should still be operating, as it's out of touch with how many clients operate.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

The management and settings of each module should be moved into their respective modules, so you don't have to go to one module to manage another. Realign settings, search, management, etc for each module into their respective modules. Going into recruitment to update settings for learning, control an employee for performance, etc. doesn't make sense. It speaks to how PageUp started as an ATS, and has added on several other modules, however didn't keep up with the configuration and design.
