Include standard IDP fields - ex: short-term career goals, long-term career goals, plans for development beyond courses enrolled in/completed in PageUp (such as plans for conferences, outside webinars, shadowing, mentorship, certification pursuits, stretch projects, etc) and associated timelines. And the ability to update, make notes, etc.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Create a true Individual Development Plan template. What PageUp currently calls a development plan is just a transcript. A transcript is useful to have, but there should also be a development plan, as these are really seperate things with seperate use cases. |
