Learning administrators have the ability to bypass the waitlist and book a specific person as an attendee to a session that has a waitlist.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We have situations where a learning activity is full with a wait list and we want to add a specific person as an attendee who is not on the waitlist. Currently we have to add them to the waitlist and then move them to booked which causes confusion for the person. |
