This would be incredibly useful especially for determining charges related cancellation.
This would be really useful to our organisation as well. We currently trying to use the "Score" field as a very clunky way to record how much notice people provide of their cancellation. The reason for cancellation is also really useful. The ability to track repeat offenders is very important to us.
