Add the ability to view which user either a logged in user or an PageUp automation moved an applicant to a different application status. The ability to view some of this information is already shown in the applicant card history tab, but this data is missing from Enhanced Reporting.
If I can track the history of an applicants statuses from and to and the date/time the change was made, being able to also view who made the change would be a very valuable audit information.
This could be something along the lines of "Applicant Status History - Application Status From User Action" and "Applicant Status History - Application Status To User Action" and it would then display the Name of the user that made the change.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Within Enhanced Reporting there are multiple options to view the Application Status History such as the Application Status From and Application Status To, multiple Date parameters and a hand full of other options. But the ability to see which user either a logged in user or automated via PageUp moved the applicant to a different status does not exists and would be extremely useful. |
