Automatic learning assignment based on organisation structure (e.g., if under Product Management Department we have two teams (Product A team and Product B team), different set of learning activities can be assigned (in similar way to role based) to everyone in Product A team and Product B team). In this case each learners will have two different attributes for learning assignment rules: the role and the position in the organisation structure.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Similar to role-based assignment that is currently available in the system. However, this assignment will be based on the business/organisation structure rather than role (this is additional feature on top of role-based assignment). |
