We would like to see Enhanced Reporting show data changes in real time or within 5 minutes of the changes taking place. Executives run enhanced reports and we want the system to reflect more accurate information in real time.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
When there are data changes in the system, such as hiring managers submitting interview guide form for completed interview notes, the applicants and interview notes do not appear on reports for 40 - 60 minutes. The notes appear in the job history but not in Enhanced Reporting. |
I'll add to this, we are advising recruiters that they should use enhanced reporting to validate their data entry for any offers that they are setting up. Having to wait that long for the system to update itself is not only frustrating but works against any efficiencies that we are trying to encourage
agree! real time data should be handy when we have reporting tool
Yeah this is super frustrating.
A reporting tool that cannot provide real time data isn't really an effective one.
Even PageUp Legacy reporting did this.
anything that can be done to make this quicker would be amazing. I have often seen data not updating for a 24 hour period at times which can hault and delay work.
