Enhanced Reports Dashboard - Filters Not Displaying Accurate Results

The dashboards reports created by PageUp includes requisitions in draft or not approved to post and therefore the results are not accurate. The superuser should be able to modify the filters permanently for such fields as the requisition job status so the statistics that appear on the visualizations are accurate.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

The dashboard reports would be more helpful if the superuser was able to modify the filters permanently so the visualizations are accurate. The Talent Management Team should not have to change the filter each time for the job status as they view the statistics.

Thank you for taking the time to share your idea.

We are delighted to let you know that the 'Draft' status has been excluded from the 'Current Recruitment' Dashboard., which was deployed to live on 23 Aug 2024.

Here's another example of a problem that needs to be addressed related to dashboard reports:

When opening the Diversity Dashboard in Enhanced Reporting, the "Job Added Date" field defaults to "in the last 1 year". When you run this report however, the data that is returned is not for "the last 1 year", it's for the current calendar year, which in this case is 2024.

A solution for this problem would be to simply change "years" to "calendar years". So, for example, "in the last 1 years" would be shown as "in the last 1 calendar year". This would eliminate the confusion and make the results accurate based on the filter selection.

An example is the Current Recruitment report on the Dashboard. The job status filter does not include requisitions that are in Draft or Not Approved to Post and are influencing the overall statistics.
