On the APB, we would like to see More Actions (three dots) to the right of the Progress button to mimic the same More Actions that is on the Applicant Card. Allow Superuser to select appropriate actions a hiring manager can take from the APB, which is similar to what is found on the Applicant Card under More Actions. For example, we have New Interview Notes Form on the Applicant Card under More Actions. When a hiring manager dispositions a candidate, all applicants they interview should have Interview Notes entered by using the More Actions then select the New Interview Notes Form. If the hiring manager can view the application form and resume, see the application score and progress the applicant's status all from the APB then enhancing the three dots for More Actions may reduce the number of clicks they take now to navigate to the applicant card if the actions can all be done from the APB.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Reduce the number of clicks it takes to complete an action from the APB. The goal of APB is to make it more efficient for a Hiring Manager and Recruiter to take action from one place. Current design is still forcing Hiring Managers to click on Applicant name to open their applicant card, click again to Application card and click again for More Actions like scheduling interviews, completing a New Interview Notes Form etc... |
