Choose what categories Permission Groups can upload applicant documents as

Each Document category to have a 'upload/delete' and 'read only' option per permision group.

When an Offer is sent for approval, allow the Application status to change e.g. waiting Offer approval when the Offer is approved - automatically move the applicant to an online offer status and send the offer
