Change the Logic for Displaying Selection Outcome Drop Down

Incorporate logic that does not block the display field when the applicant list is ordered by name.

Label email "read receipts" as 'Communication, or have option to turn them off

Applicant email 'read receipts' should be labeled as 'Communication' and not a 'Note.' OR organizations should have the ability to toggle off 'read receipts' when they send emails out to applicants.

Allow applicants to disappear from dashboard once they have been actioned from shortlist status

I would like the applicants to disappear from my dashboard once I have actioned them from Hiring Manager review. They clog up my dashboard with action items, when no further action in required.

Control user based on permission

allow some user to have the Control functionality, but limit to control users from specific user group, i.e. based on their allowed Team permission. for example, grant Control to me and I cannot control users from HR team

Link job ad templates to locations so you don't have to update each job ad template for every location

If you could set up job ad templates based on role and then merge the location data in, you would only have to change the template for one particular role and then every location version of it would also be updated.

Job Source Closing date - make mandatory

Provide the option to enforce this as a system setting. Ideally with some logic to allow a date up to a max period after date opened.
