Control user based on permission

allow some user to have the Control functionality, but limit to control users from specific user group, i.e. based on their allowed Team permission. for example, grant Control to me and I cannot control users from HR team

Job Source Closing date - make mandatory

Provide the option to enforce this as a system setting. Ideally with some logic to allow a date up to a max period after date opened.

Note on applicant card

on the applicant card to have a section where recruiters/HR can add quick reference notes for that applicant. to save scrolling through the history feed to find any information. Image below to help visualise this idea

Adding applicants to jobs that are not approved

Update the add applicant rules to ensure applicants can only be added to vacancies that have gone through and completed approval process. exception - Campaign job card which does nit have an approval process.

Stematically omit internal candidates from automatic communications

Make it possible to systematically omit internal candidates from automatic communications that are associated with a move into a step. This would solve for internal candidates getting bulk comms associated with a step (example rejection emails)
