Calendar Integration Interview Scheduler - Time zone

Time zone for Perth does not work. Always shows Sydney. Hopefully they can fix it so we can use this calendar integration.

In relation to re-hires, onboarding tasks are not added when the associated learning activity has previously been completed

When an onboarding tasks is a learning activity, onboarding should check whether the learning activity has previously been completed. If the learning activity has been completed and has not expired, it should not be added to onboarding as a task.

As the super user we should be able to create error logic that if a value does not match the drop down fields. If you are feeding output to a third party vendor and the value is incorrect it errors on you and it should error before the requisition...
