Download Position Description (PD) to Editable File Type

To streamline the editing process, it would be ideal if the position description had the option to be downloaded to an editable file type for editing prior to re-entering the PD in the library.

Settings items default to active list

It would be wonderful if all settings would default to active items only when opened. It is very confusing when archived items are unexpectedly displayed. We should not have to search again to get the active list.

Bounce messages seen by applicant

If an applicant has seen a message - show the content of what was seen - update the Bounced email to show the text that is actually "Not Bounced" as the applicant actually ended up seeing it clear bounce flag as well

Ability to limit access to 'Document from library' in the 'Documents' tab

The ability to remove access to the 'Document from library' in the 'Documents' tab for some user groups. Position descriptions and contract templates are stored in this location that only HR staff should be able to access not hiring managers.
