    Bounce back email - reset timeout long term cache

    Clear the long-term cache of bounce-back emails to enable all email communications to proceed based on a set time period. OR, log and still try again on the next message rather than eliminating all messages from proceeding.

    Make reference checks mandatory on the pre-employment information required from candidate form only

    The second form called pre-employment information required from candidates does not have an option for the references to be mandatory - we only want to make it mandatory on this form not the initial application form.
